Which driver of Imperialism is most apparent in the Boxer Rebellion?
zalisa [80]

Answer:

Europeans, maybe also Americans.

Explanation:

The Europeans are the most apparent. Britain and Germany were incredibly strong forces in China during and leading up to the Boxer Rebellion. America was also heavily involved. If I had to choose one, I would say Europe, but if not Europe and America were both heavily involved.

What subjects were taught in the 1960’s?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

In the 1960s this was very much 'talk and chalk' education, with the teacher at the front of the class and the children sitting at desks facing the board. Reading, writing and arithmetic (the Three 'R's) were very important, as was learning by rote.

During the winter of 1777-1778, washington and his army faced many hardships. what were they?
andrezito [222]

Answer:

The six-month encampment of General George Washington's Continental Army at Valley Forge in the winter of 1777-1778 was a major turning point in the American Revolutionary War.  The defeats had led some members of the Continental Congress to want to replace Washington, believing he was incompetent. In January 1777, Washington had ordered mass inoculation of his troops, but a year later at Valley Forge, smallpox broke out again. An investigation uncovered that 3,000–4,000 troops had not received inoculations, despite having long-term enlistments. Washington's men were sick from disease, hunger, and exposure. The Continental Army camped in crude log cabins and endured cold conditions while the Redcoats warmed themselves in colonial homes. The patriots went hungry while the British soldiers ate well.
