Depending on what kind of relationship, it can be sacrificing your time for the individual you are in a relationship with. When making sacrifices the value can be measured by the impact on the other person in the relationship. This can then translate into a better relationship with that person. Making healthy sacrifices doesn’t necessarily mean sacrificing one’s life and picking the correct time for a sacrifice to be implemented can all be determined on the situation.
