A risk I have taken is becoming emotional numb. Which didn't seem smart at first, which is why it was a risk. The reason I took this risk is for the gain, if I did detach from emotions pain wouldn't hurt as much. But, at the same time I wouldn't feel things when something good would happen. How I did this was telling my self the truth, people are going to die, leave, and betray someday. To think about situations that can make me emotionally hurt and accept them. Remind myself that emotions are hormones and chemically reactions. They are only made for reproduction, to avoid people, think before I speak. Keep a reminder of how people, and in the past they destroyed eachother for the most funniest reasons. All at the same time keeping myself busy. What I've learned from this is that this is the body natural response to much feelings. We as humans aren't meant for this so it was bound to happen sooner or later. If I ever do feel anything it's mostly anger, anger overpowers all. Now that this happened I don't have remorse for it, it's great.
