The Supreme Court believes that overcrowding in prisons is cruel and unusual and this violates their human rights despite being prisoners. Therefore, the federal government exercises the standards in prison population. So how the Supreme Court usually rule in cases regarding this matter is that it upholds the 8th Amendment.

Answer:

"It upholds the 8th Amendment" is the right answer.

Explanation:

Amendment Eighth of the Constitution of the United States prevents the federal administration from inf-licting excessive bail, unreasonable fines, or severe and extreme sentences. The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in over-crowded prisons is to describe the Constitution following the assumption that human rights are being misused in unsuitable living conditions.

Accordingly, this Amendment will be upheld by the Supreme Court while there are overcrowding pri-sons cases.

Good Morning!

European explorers came from an ancient maritime tradition. Naval practice coupled with star-tracking, as well as associated navigation technology, aided navigators by helping them stay on routes, avoiding course problems, and thus preventing them from being lost frequently.
