Answer: People can express feelings in physical ways, or can express feelings through talking it out with others. Emotions can be both big and loud or deep and quiet, depending on the feeling. Feelings shouldn’t necessarily be “good” or “bad” since they happen for a reason. However, sometimes feelings of anger and sadness can be considered bad while happiness is considered a good feeling. Some feelings are indeed private while others are public. Men and women should not be expected to express their feelings in different ways, however on occasions they do so naturally.
