Answer:    Refusal to hear God's law,  unconfessed sin, praying to be seen of men, doubting

Explanation:  God answers human prayers only if they are uttered in the depths of the heart, sincerely, humbly, and out of a genuine desire and need for God’s help. All that is done in the spirit of the laws of God, even if it is prayed, will be heard. Thus, of the options offered, God-like virtues are helping those in need, fasting and tithing. When it comes to single-mindedness, if it only represents personal satisfaction of needs regardless of others, then it can be considered selfish and certainly not in accordance with the laws of God, which seeks communion, mercy, and compassion. If one is single-minded in commitment to God and through that commitment fulfills the laws of God then this is virtue and God will hear prayers.

What would be obstacles in answering a prayer are refusal to hear God's law, unconfessed sin, praying to be seen of men, doubting. Therefore, all actions that reject the laws of God, or the ones that apply the laws of God but not for reasons given by God, but for personal vanity, pride, or benefit, would be obstacles.
