The correct answer is to provide a context clue for "over the moon."
So we know that the boy was over the moon, that he was very happy because of something that previously happened. Obviously, we want to know the reason why he was so over the moon, and by adding the information that his essay won first place, we got that context we were previously lacking.
Literally all you have to do is make something up, these are so easy to fake.
for example:
i remember the one time i went to disneyland! i remember walking into the magic kingdom and seeing mickey and minnie. being a child, this was the best day i had ever had, and i was overwhelmed with emotions. my mom/dad/guardian went up to them and asked them to take a picture with me and they waved me over. that day i got a picture with my favorite cartoon characters, and had some amazing food from the park aswell.
