The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

You neither provide any specific context, so we are going to answer in general terms.

A victim is called the forgotten one because practically it is abandoned to its own luck. That is why it is a victim. Nobody takes care of his situation, He/she probably is against all-odds and the circumstances do not favor him.

Many times the victim is in the worst place at the worst time and this situation does not favor him in any way. He has no means or ways to prove other people wrong. He does not have the evidence to show he has a point.

nevsk [136]

Answer:

The phrase "The Iron Curtain" is associated with the Cold War and it refers to the closed nature of the Soviet Union. It evokes the invisible boundary line that separated Eastern and Western Europe after the end of WWII until the end of the Cold War in 1991.

Explanation:

The Iron Curtain refers to the divisions between East and West after WWII when the Soviet Union made efforts to block itself and all its satellite states off from Western influence. There were military alliances developed on the Eastern side of the Iron Curtain with the Warsaw Pact and on the Western side with NATO. There were some physical manifestations of the border or divide between East and West, the most symbolic being the Berlin Wall.

The tendency to perceive an outcome that has occurred as being obvious and predictable and is called the
Lisa [10]

I believe the answer is: hindsight bias

an example of an hindsight bias would be when a supporter of a certain fighter react when he deliver a knockout blow to an equally strong opponent and say

<em>'see, i told you he can win this easily' </em>

Even though his statement might appear to be true, there he would not be able to provide objective evidence on his statement since the opponent could very much do the same on different fight.
