If the Cold War had become hot what would have been the most likely outcome?
Lunna [17]

Answer:

B) Nuclear Warfare

Explanation:

B) nuclear warfare is the most possible answer since both russia and Us had nuclear weapons at the time, and both countries were threatening each other. But were the cold war get hot, I personally believe nuclear warfare wouldn't have happened because of MAD -- Mutually Assured Destruction. If Russia nuclear bombed US, then it was certain that US would bomb Russia and both countries would be completely decimated so there was no point in Nuclear Warfare.

3. What is the difference between the majority and the minority decision in a Supreme Court case?
d1i1m1o1n [39]
Answer : The Supreme Court's interpretation of the Constitution can have a significant effect on the civil rights of minority groups.

why: When a case is argued before the Supreme Court, its interpretation of the Constitution can have a significant effect on the civil rights of minority groups. Depending on the ideological composition of the Court and the interactions between citizens and states, the Supreme Court sometimes interprets the Constitution in ways that restrict minority rights, while at other times protecting minority rights.

Native americans were once 100 percent of the population. their descendants now make up roughly 1-2% of the population. why are
andrew-mc [135]

In short, suppression and eradication.

The Protestants of the early United States tended to avoid marrying and continuing the bloodlines of Native Americans due to obvious racial tension and prejudice against them. Native Americans were eradicated on a larger scale in North America rather than South America, so there would be a greater amount of Natives there. (This is because of a more complex and somehow tolerant society in the South) However, there were obviously the mestizos. While there was reproduction between white people and natives, it was typically a result of harassment or an uncommon desire to start a family.

In summary, the amount of Native descendants in the United States is significantly lower now than centuries before because of endless eradication and little amounts of pure-blood Native Americans being born.
