It's saying that climate change is too expensive to fix. So, they just don't bother with it. I disagree with the cartoon because it is a big issue and we shouldn't just shrug it off. Obviously, CO-VID 19 is are biggest priority right now, but that doesn't mean we can't invest in it in the future.
