Citizen's should help pay for the countries defense because without defense there would not be a country. It would either be a desecrated land mass or ruled by another country. Being apart of another country we would most likely have to pay for that countries defense. So either way, it goes citizens would be paying.
Because without comprimise the world would always be argueing... and we would have destroyed ouselves years ago.
