Answer:

The iambic pentameter in the poem creates an even rhythm and complements the poem as a formal tribute.

Explanation:

The verses of the poem above present five feet that are syllables with different intensities, a syllable with greater intensity followed by a syllable of lesser intensity, characterized as a long syllable and a short syllable. This is what is called the iambic pentameter.

This causes a rhythm in the poem, maintaining the formality and creating a formal homage.

What is Gerrymandering? Why would a political party take part in this practice?
serg [7]
People vote for their representatives based on the district that they live in. For example, for big cities like San Diego, there will be multiple districts that elect representatives. Naturally, some of these districts will have people who support one party more than the other. Gerrymandering is the process by which these districts are divided based on borders that favor a political party.

Gerrymandering involves drawing bizarrely shaped districts in order to create a favorable proportion of voters supporting your party. A political party would want to take part in it in order to try to win as many districts as possible.

This can lead to conflict because in certain areas of the world we have non-democratic regimes whose goal is to preserve the political status they have. This are usually the regimes that autocratic, sometimes even totalitarian and the ideals of Democracy are not acceptable to them.

Explanation:

We even had examples when United States tried to introduce ideals of democracy into certain countries, that led to conflicts. That is why it is sometimes almost impossible to present these ideals, as they are not to be accepted by leading elites.
