I don’t personally struggle with it, but one Puberty related health issue many people encounter is facial acne. Many with Acne become extremely self conscious, therefore lowering their self esteem. Though, Acne can be easily treated with the right methods, such as washing your face daily and getting prescription creams and other medications.
