Explanation:

The first sentence is not very appealing as it is merely stating the obvious. Everyone is well aware that human exploration into space has made great progress in the last 20 years.

If there was a quote by a relevant individual in the field, it would perhaps make it more attention grabbing. And then right away there are too many factual evidences. The audience should be able to fully grasp the concept and for that it is important that the text is made as simple as possible.

Some genetically modified foods are corn, or apples. I don’t agree with the use of this because people should know what they are eating. It shouldn’t be bleached or altered, it should be fresh from a farm. Some tests you can do if put an apple in hot water, it has wax on the outside.
