This would give slave-holding states an advantage in the House of Representatives and in the Electoral College.
The 4th amendment protects privacy because I believe it says (and I'm rewording it in my own words) that anything in your house and your house itself is protected if someone doesn't have a search warrant.

Plessy v. Ferguson- basically Louisiana passed a law saying the black people need it separate car when traveling on train not on the same as a white person.
Plessy was 1/8 African descent (was born free and other 7/8 was of European descent ) and under Louisiana rule he had to sit on a black car. eventually he sat on white only car and got into trouble, just like Rosa Parks. and he was eventually got arrested and tried.
Specialized equipment and transportation
are needed to further our study of interplanetary space. This will enable us to
record what is happening in space accurately and efficiently just like using
LIGO on gravitational waves. It enables us to measure the activity between two
bodies in orbit in the universe by the gravitational waves it emitted.
