Answer: Society is not possible without a tendency to adapt.

Explanation:

In the 21st century, when population movements are more massive than ever before, adjustment is necessary for society to function. A large number of population migrations can support this fact. Migrations can be temporary, i.e. tourist and permanent. Whatever their character, people after travelling to a particular country must conform to the laws that govern the country. Thus, in the United States, the same laws do not apply as, for example, in Saudi Arabia, they are completely different. The United States has freedom; liberal laws rule the country, while on the other hand, Saudi Arabia is imbued with rigorous religious laws. A person who migrates for any reason (and millions migrate annually) must obey the laws of that country or adapt. The example of the United States and Saudi Arabia is one of many; people have to adapt for society to be functional.
