Sucre is the constitutional and historical <u>capital of the State of Bolivia.</u>
Currently, it is the seat of the Supreme Court of Justice, the Constitutional Court, the Judicial Council and the Attorney General's Office. The city has an approximate population of 300,000 inhabitants and is located in the central south part of the country.

They elucidate the principle that plants and animals are made of cells, concluding that cells are a common unit of structure and development, and thus founding the cell theory.</u></em></h2>
