What makes St. Augustine a particularly notable Spanish settlement and is it undisputable?
Tanzania [10]

St. Augustine is the oldest occupied city of the United States. It was found in 1565 by Pedro Menéndez de Avilés. The fort defended the trade route between Spain and its colonies. It would also defend the Spanish-claimed land against invasion.

In 1692 the Queen ordered to build a stronger fort, replacing a wood one with a shell stone one. It was used as a refugee for Loyalists to the Crown during the American revolution, served as a prison during the Indian wars, and was a battle site during the Civil War. And it still stands, so it's pretty much indisputable.

Who was Loki ?<br>............................
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

Loki is a god in Norse mythology. According to some sources, Loki is the son of Fárbauti (a jötunn) and Laufey (mentioned as a goddess), and the brother of Helblindi and Býleistr. Loki is married to Sigyn and they have a son, Narfi and/or Nari. By the jötunn Angrboða, Loki is the father of Hel, the wolf Fenrir, and the world serpent Jörmungandr. Loki, in the form of a mare, was impregnated by the stallion Svaðilfari and gave birth to the eight-legged horse Sleipnir. Loki is referred to as the father of Váli in Prose Edda, though this source also refers to Odin as the father of Váli twice, and Váli is found mentioned as a son of Loki only once.
