I only got the first question so here!: The July Ultimatum was a Demarche given by Austria-Hungary to the Royal Serbian Government on July 23, 1914, at 6 p.m., following the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria. Austria-Hungary mobilized their army after Serbia declined to consider one of the ten things in the ultimatum. In its response to the ultimatum, Serbia agreed to most of the requests, with the exception of refusing to allow a direct investigation by Austro-Hungarian police officers on its territory. On July 28, 1914, Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany received a copy of the Serbian response.
