Answer and Explanation:

1. The director wanted to show how profound Atticus' final argument was and how it had a great meaning in his life. Through the close-up, the viewer can have a detailed view of Atticus' expressions. This makes the viewer have the impression that Atticus is talking to the viewer, that is, Atticus is presenting to the viewer a delicate, deep and very impacting subject.

2. Atticus' facial expressions and body language show how angry he is at having to participate in something as unfair and deplorable as racism and the lack of justice in a court of law.

3. If the scene were filmed at a wide angle, the viewer would not be able to get the feeling that they were in a conversation with Atticus. Thus, the viewer would not feel that he could be part of the injustices caused against blacks due to racism, as the angle would present a tone of remoteness and impartiality.

Importantly, the movie "To Kill a Mockingbird" is based on the book of the same name, written by Harper Lee, which features a black man who was accused, without evidence, of raping a white girl. Atticus, a highly respected white man, becomes this man's lawyer and even if he has proof of his innocence, he can't defend him from the racist, prejudiced, and intolerant society.

Write a essay about Why Cell Phones Should Not be Allowed in a School?
Anettt [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

Writing a full essay and then taking that would be plagiarism, however, I can help you create an outline to get you started!

Depending on which side of the argument you're on, you may change this up.

Introduction- Explain the topic, what you're opinion is on the topic, and then state your thesis statement (the very last sentence that will summarize your whole paper)

Thesis ex. - Overall, cell phones should not be allowed in schools due to ___, ____, and ____.

Some reasons could be: procrastination, it can distract others from learning, it can be a tool used for cheating on tests, etc. I recommend using as many resources to back up your argument, one might be:

http://middleboroughtv.com/10-reasons-why-cell-phones-shouldnt-be-allowed-in-school/

For the body paragraphs, make sure to do 3 supporting paragraphs that follow the thesis, and then an opposition paragraph (where you will state the other side's opinion and why they think they SHOULD be allowed).

After the body paragraphs, all you have to do is your conclusion, where you restate the thesis and summarize everything you said in your paper.

Make sure to do a Works Cited page, you can find out how to make those on a website called Purdue Owl.

I hope this helps!
