X=10
-8-x=-3(2x-4)+3x
-8-x=-6x+12+3x
-8-x=-3x+12
-x+3x=12+8
2x=20
x=10
You can check your solution by inputting 10 in all the x’s and solving it:)

Which of the following shows the graph of the eniquality y>x+3

PLEASE include image
7nadin3 [17]

in plain and short, to graph an inequality, we first graph its EQUALITY graph, and then we do the shading.

so to graph y > x + 3, we first graph y = x + 3, which is just a line, and then do a true/false check on a point to see which side we shade.

let's hmmm check the point say (0,2), x = 0, y = 2.

y > x + 3

2 > 0 + 3

2 > 3 <--- is that true? is 2 really larger than 3? nope, so is false.

that simply means that the point (0, 2) is on the false area, so that's the area we do NOT shade, so we shade the other side.

y > x + 3, means "y" is greater than or larger than that line, but not equals, larger not equal, meaning the values on the borderline are not included, so the line is a dashed line.

Angle A=11x-4, Angle B = 4x-11, and Angle C=63-4x. List the sides of triangle ABC in order from shortest to longest.
romanna [79]
1. The sum of of the interior angles of a triangle is 180°.

2. Keeping this on mind, you have:

A+B+C=180

A=11x-4
B = 4x-11
C=63-4x

3. When you substitute these values, you obtain:

A+B+C=180
11x-4+4x-11+63-4x=180
11x+48=180
11x=180-48
11x=132
x=132/11
x=12

3. Therefore:

A=11(12)-4
A=128°

B = 4(12)-11
B=37°

C=63-4(12)
C=15°

5. The answer is:

A. AB, AC, BC

A stadium can seat 16,000 people at full capacity. If there are 13,920 people in the stadium, what percentage of the capacity is
Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

87%

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to get 87% you divide 16000 by 13920

16000/13920= 0.87

To convert this into a percentage you can multiply by 100

0.87 * 100 =87

Answer: 87%

I hope this helps :)

Pt. 1- Write an algebraic expression that Marshall
Goshia [24]

Answer:

The answer is that the cost will be a total of $142.05. That is $125.80 for Watermelon that weighs 185 lbs and $16.25 for 5 lbs of tomatoes.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: Watermelons are .68 / lb and tomatoes are 3.25 / lb.

Let w = watermelon weight and tomato weight.

An equation would be:

.68w + 3.25t = Total cost

For 185 lb of Watermelon and 5 lbs of tomatoes:

.68(185) + 3.25(5) =

$125.80 + $16.25 = $142.05

(Hope this helps. Btw, I am the first to answer!!)
