Answer:

"One of the most frequent reasons people go to the doctor is for pain relief. There are a number of different drugs that can ease pain. About 20% of people will get a medication called an opioid. You could also hear your doctor call it an opiate or a narcotic.

These pain relievers are made from opium, which comes from the poppy plant. Morphine and codeine are the two natural products of opium.

These drugs are generally safe when you take them for a short time, as prescribed by your doctor. But in addition to helping you manage the pain, they can also give you a feeling of well-being or euphoria.

And each of those effects could lead you to misuse the drug or take it in a way your doctor didn’t intend."

Answer:

People get addicted to painkillers because some doctors are too quick to prescribe drugs. However, we can’t only put the blame on doctors. Often times people misuse their prescriptions or lie about their pain to get more opioids. Anyone can become dependant on painkillers, but that doesn’t mean you need to stay dependent.

Regular exercise has been associated with improved stress management, which is attributed to its effect on
elena55 [62]

Regular exercise has been associated with improved stress management, which is attributed to its effect on cortisol release and is usually produced by the adrenal glands which are found on top of the kidneys.

What is Exercise?

This is described as a physical activity which involves the movement of parts of the body and is responsible for the general fitness of individuals. This helps to build the muscles and improve the circulation of blood and nutrients around parts of the body.

When exercises are done, the adrenal glands are stimulated which leads to the release of cortisol and is referred to as a stress reliever.

It is also involved in the control of the body's general metabolism rate which is why it was chosen as the most appropriate choice in this scenario.

Did blood pressure and heart rate return to normal after 5 minutes of physical exercise?
MrMuchimi

Answer:

Yes, the blood pressure and heart rate return to normal after 5 minutes of physical exercise as, ANS will detect the decreasing level of oxygen and activate parasympathetic system to normalize the heart rate. The increasing of heart rate does not cause the blood pressure to increase at the same rate. After 5 minutes it return to normal as when you exercise heart rate speed up so that is why more blood reach in the muscles so it cause high heart rate and blood pressure for some minutes.
