A fertilizer company wants to determine the effectiveness of its new fertilizer on common garden plants. The company obtains a b

atch of seeds that are all of the same variety and produced at the same time by the same seed producer. They plant all the seeds in same-sized pots with similar soil and construct an environment ensuring that each plant is exposed to identical levels of water, light, and temperature. Half of the plants, chosen at random, are also treated with the new fertilizer. After several weeks, the plants treated with the fertilizer grow faster and larger, producing more fruit than the unfertilized plants.

An oligarchy is best defined as
IRISSAK [1]
An oligarchy is defined by a small group of people having control of the entire country, rather than the whole population of the country ruling it jointly. In a way, in my opinion, the US was an oligarchy during slavery: as people of colour and women didn't have voting rights.

Which of these is true about delivering criticism?
Lera25 [3.4K]
 4. Add encouraging words while giving feedback.
* This is a good practice in terms of feedback. It is good to highlight strengths as you point out areas of improvement. Through encouragement, they are able to feel that improvement is a possibility for them.

For number 1, when offering criticism, you are not looking for an apology. you are looking to encourage improvement.

As for number 2, although it is good to make things clear, workers or people typically respond better to rewards rather than punishment.

Number 3, is not a good practice because constructive criticism should be done privately and not in a group setting. It may make the receiver feel like they are being singled-out.

Number 5, the point of criticism is to point out areas of improvement and at the same time, show or give examples as to how they can improve. Giving solutions and ideas during feedback will help the receiver understand what they did wrong and how they were supposed to do it.

LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer:

permissive

Explanation:

There are four types of parenting style including permissive, authoritative, authoritarian, and uninvolved.

Permissive parenting style: The permissive parenting style is described as parents having high responsiveness and low demand. These parents are generally loving and provide the child with very few rules and guidelines as well as they do not anticipate a mature behavior from the child and tend to be quiet friendly rather than being a parental entity.

This parenting style can be considered as bad and unhealthy for the development of the child because parents usually ignore unwanted behavior and deal with the child with love and comfort.
