Answer:

I think that for you to be able to ride a skateboard, it will help a lot with snowboarding. Snowboarding goes a lot faster and isn’t as stable as a skateboar. When you move back and forth on a skateboard to balance your self, you would do that for snowboarding. You wouldn’t have to you your foot to pick up speed on a snowboard, but it is very similar. If you are very good at skateboarding, it shouldn’t be very hard to snowboard.

If you like to run, it is probably the best, in my opinion. If you are already running, keep it up. Run in moderation (forget the marathons….think long term, not long distance).
