I would say b I truly hoped I helped i tried my best I know thats hard to believe bc you don't even know me lol but I think it's B because half of 100% would be 50% and it's talking about 40% and he got to the 40% at 4:12 so half of 100 would be 50 so I got 4:20 and the other Half would be 4:36 because it defintly can't be E or A because those are at the beginning and end and he isn't im bad at explaining but I hoped I helped :) Final Answer: B) 4:36
