We are given radius of circle as 4m.

Now if a man walks around a circle means we are considering the circumference here.

Circumference of circle can be found with the formula:

Where r = radius of circle and pi = 3.14

plugging these values in the formula ,

Circumference = 25.12 m

Now distance covered by man when he walks around the circle once = 25.12m

distance covered by man when he walks around the circle 2.125 times = 25.12 *2.125 = 53.38 m

Answer : 53.38 m

What is the vertex of the parabola? y+1=−14(x−2)2 enter your answer in the boxes?
cestrela7 [59]
Y + 1 = -14(x - 2)^2
y = -14(x - 2)^2 - 1
The vertex is the point (h, k) when the parabola is in the turning point form: y = a(x - h)^2 + k, therefor the vertex is at (2, -1)

Vedmedyk [2.9K]

Answer:

x = 136

Step-by-step explanation:

x and 44 are same- side interior angles and sum to 180° , that is

x + 44 = 180 ( subtract 44 from both sides )

)) A triangle has sides with lengths of 5 inches, 12 inches, and 13 inches. Is it a right
Lyrx [107]

Answer:Yes

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Triangle has sides

length a=5\ in.

b=12\ in.

c=13\ in.

If the triangle is Right angled then it must satisfy the Pythagoras rule

(\text{Perpendicular})^2+(\text{base})^2=(\text{Hypotenuse})^2

(a)^2+(b)^2=(c)^2

5^2+12^2=13^2

25+144=13^2

169=13^2

13^2=13^2

Therefore The given triangle is right angled
