Answer:

Circulatory System

Explanation:

As soon as 5he digestive system has broken down the foods to their smallest unit, the circulatory system helps to move the nutrient to where they are needed.

Blood is a medium of transport in higher vertebrates and is being pumped by the heart and flows through network of capillaries. Blood also transport oxygen that helps in the breakdown of carbohydrates to produce energy and get rid of waste such as carbondioxide through the excretory system.

Y_Kistochka [10]

Answer:

A. Transporting packaged molecules from the Golgi apparatus to be released out of the cell

Explanation:

Activities involving the production of substances like proteins occurs inside a living cell. However, these molecules need to be transported within the cell. Here comes the role of VESICLES. Vesicles are small structures inside a cell that deals with the storage and transport of molecules within the cell.

In this diagram, the small vesicles are transporting molecules from the Golgi apparatus, which is a cellular organnelle that functions in the packaging and modification of molecules like fats, proteins etc. In the diagram, the vesicle is heading towards the plasma membrane, which it will fuse to in order to empty its stored contents out of the cytosol.

Compare surface, subsurface, and placer mining in terms of damage to the environment.
vfiekz [6]
Surface mining, which is also known as strip mining, is when soil and rock overlaying mineral deposit is removed. It can cause habitat destruction, air pollution from dust particles, soil erosion and pollution. Subsurface mining is removing deposits from the Earth by drilling underneath layers of rock and dirt. To keep the pathways clear, <span>mining companies have to pump out large amounts of water, which go into surface ecosystems. That disrupts the ecosystem by changing the pH conditions of soil and water sources. Placer mining is mining of stream bed deposits for minerals, a way of obtaining minerals and metal resources. Although, because it is small, causes less damage to the surrounding environment it still can disrupt river ecosystems with pollution and sediments.

I hope this helps!!

9. What impact could a MUTATION in this protein have on future generations of Antarctic fish?
OLga [1]
Well a mutation is like a change in the DNA and so if there was a mutation in the antártica fish, something in their genes would change. If that mutation has a positive effect on it, then that mutation would be passed down to the generations of fish, helping that fish with its survival or something
