Yes, I feel that I have changed as a result of these exercises because these exercises change my behaviour to a great extend so I can say that these exercises are very helpful for me. In your community if nobody chose to perform volunteer activity for the community so there will be no progress and growth occurs in the community and the life of the people can't be better. Volunteer people are needed which work for the country without any advantage only for the development of the community.
