Answer: 4. A Mountain Range

Explanation:

Mountain ranges are formed as a result of compression forces pulling tectonic plates together and forcing them to collide. Upon collision, the affected areas will have no place to go but up and soo will form a mountain range.

The movements of these plates can be quite slow such that mountain ranges take between thousands to hundreds of thousands of years to form. Mt. Everest for instance was formed as a result of such collisions and it increases by only 2 cm a year.
