Equality means "the state of being equal." and equity means the quality of being fair and impartial.

Explanation:

Health equality means providing same type of care to the patients that belongs to any socioeconomic status while on the other hand, health equity means providing care that does not vary in quality due to personal characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, geographic location, and socioeconomic status. Nigeria is a poor country in which equal health care can't be provided to all people. The rich people can afford good treatment while the poor people none.
