It's important to stay agile because, if we never worked out or anything/we weren't agile, then we wouldn't be able to do a lot of things. We wouldn't be able to play sports that a lot of people like, we wouldn't be able to screw around and have fun as much because of these new limits, we wouldn't be able to have dance or gymnastics or any of that.
