The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although you did not attach the Grading Rubric, we can comment on the following.

The cultural area that I choose to prepare a time capsule is the Mesoamerican Empire of the Aztecs. I have a lot of interest in this fascinating culture.

The characteristics of the culture I choose are the following.

The Aztecs were one of the greatest empires during the Mesoamerica times. They traveled from faraway places to reach the region of the Texcoco Lake, where they founded the capital city of the empire: the great Tenochtitlan (modern-day downtown México City).

The Aztecs spoke a language called "Nahuatl," which still subsist until these days in some regions of central México.

Aztecs were known to be fierce warriors that conquered other lands and enslaved the people. They forced them to pay tribute. Aztecs were polytheists, had many gods such as Tlaloc, the god of rain, or Huitzilopochtli, the god of war.

Your friend Taylor really likes to go new places and try new things while your friend Jordan would prefer to stay at home. What
Helga [31]

Answer:

(b)-Jordan will have stronger connections between the striatum and PFC while Taylor will have stronger connections between the striatum, amygdala, and hippocampus.

Explanation:

Striatum : Another name of striatum is neostriatum. It is a group of neurons located in the forebrain. It is necessary and responsible for voluntary motor control.

PFC : It stands for prefrontal corte. It is located at the frontal lobe of the brain. It affects and controls the personality development of an individual. It is also responsible for complex behaviors of a person.

Amygdala : Amygdala is a part of the brain that is responsible for the memory, survival instincts and emotions of a person.

Hippocampus :  Hippocampus is a part of the limbic system of the brain that is responsible for the short and long term memory and spatial memories which helps in navigation.

Thus Taylor who likes to go out, meet people and try out and experience new things will ahve a strong connections  between the hippocampus,  striatum and the amygdala. Whereas Jordan, who likes to stay at home will have connections  between the striatum and prefrontal corte or PFC.

Thus the answer is

(b)-Jordan will have stronger connections between the striatum and PFC while Taylor will have stronger connections between the striatum, amygdala, and hippocampus.

Vlad [161]
Plessy v. Ferguson, legal case in which the U.S. Supreme Court, on May 18, 1896, by a seven-to-one majority (one justice did not participate), advanced the controversial “separate but equal” doctrine for assessing the constitutionality of racial segregation laws. Plessy v. Ferguson was the first major inquiry into the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment’s (1868) equal-protection clause, which prohibits the states from denying “equal protection of the laws” to any person within their jurisdictions

How did compulsory education impact populations during the gilded age amsco apsuh
stira [4]

Compulsory education was one of the greatest achievements of the country during the Gilded Age. During these years, the number of students increased significantly. Thousands of schools were built, and these benefitted many people, including African Americans and immigrants.

Compulsory education impacted populations in several different ways. It allowed immigrants to become more assimilated to American culture. It also contributed to the reduction of gender inequality, as both males and females were entitled to receive an education. Moreover, this practice allowed marginalized groups to gain the necessary education to move forward in life.
