Working at night or working during the day time? Which do you prefer ?

Working at night time

Working during the daytime is more preferred. The reason I state this is because I am not a night owl. The body is scheduled to sleep during the nighttime and wake up during the day to do any activities that is to be done. The body needs sunlight to function properly. Also, working during the daytime is better because you get the afternoon off to do whatever it is you choose. And, no one interrupts you knocking at the doors during the nighttime. While at the daytime anyone can knock at your door, it can be a family member or a vendor causing you to be sleep deprived.
