im not sure about this question but you might be able to write something about red lining. red lining is the act that realtors used to push people of color (mainly black people) into one neighborhood to preserve the crime rates in white and nicer neighborhoods.
If so a revolt of native Americans led by Pontiac declared all lands west of Appalachian Divide off-limits to colonial settlers. The proclamation closed down colonial expansion westward beyond Appalachian.
