The influence of these two countries can be found in almost all of South America, almost all of Central America, Mexico, and the largest and most populous Caribbean countries, thus making it a very large cultural region. While this is the current situation, it wouldn't come as a surprise if in few decades the US is also included in this region when taken into consideration that the Hispanic population is very close to becoming the largest in the country and on top of it it has the highest birthrates.
