Answer: Do anaerobic workouts only

Sorry for the mistake above..I had to do my research and later found out that the right answer to this question is actually:

Increase the intensity of cardiovascular workouts", since his heart rate has to increase. (Corrected Answer)

Thanks Xavier! After looking at the posted answers and question to compare, we can see that since he wants to increase his Heart Rate. A anaerobic workout is a short burst of energy, so it wouldn't be a good fit. Doing fewer aerobic workouts would lower it even more, so he shouldn't do that either. Increasing the intensity sounds about right, but we have to see our final choice. Decreasing intensity of a cardiovascular workout would also cause a larger decrease, so we can now see that answer is choice C.

Is poor hygiene a symptom of a communicable disease? If so, which one?
Airida [17]
Podoconiosis is not a communicable disease – it is caused by contact with red clay soils, not an infectious agent. However, trachoma and scabies are communicable diseases found in conditions of poverty, overcrowding and poor access to clean water and sanitation.

A poisoning caused by the ingestion of food contaminated with the toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum.
Alex

Answer: Foodborn botulism or Botulism

Explanation:

Foodborn botulism is caused by the invasion of a gram positive rod shaped bacteria that releases toxins in the food. When this food is ingested into the human body, then this disease occurs.

In this condition, the person might die if not provided with proper medication soon after he has eaten the affected food. Symptoms are: difficulty in swallowing and eating, paralysis or facial weakness.

This problem mainly occurs after taking bulged canned food which can lead to a fatal condition if not cured on time.

Thus, the correct answer is foodborn botulism or botulism.
