Answer and Explanation:

Introduction. The federal subsidy would be very useful if used in the school library, promoting a more efficient academic environment that would improve access to the location and make the location more suitable for students.

Topic Sentence 1: The library holdings are out of date and do not provide up-to-date research resources to students. Internet access is limited and poor. This all makes the library inappropriate for students to have access to quality information, which can make academic research efficient and well-established.

Topic Sentence 2: The tables and chairs present in the library also need to be changed, as it does not provide the necessary comfort for students to spend long periods in the place. This also makes it difficult to carry out quality research and discourage students from using the academic environment.

Topic sentence 3: The library has few outlets so that students can plug in their notebooks while doing research. In addition, the library's air circulation is limited and lighting is problematic, all of which hinder academic work and make the environment uncomfortable.
