Make a story with the words: 1. Annals 2. Epic 3. Extremity 4. Intact 5. Demoralize 6. Disperse 7. Replenish 8. Inconspicuous 9.
Morgarella [4.7K]

Answer:

It was an EPIC day, the birds were chirping, the HIDEOUS creatures were nowhere to be found, and the hero of the story had to MEANDER his way through the LANDLOCKED region and into the ANNALS of the forest.

His movement was FERVENT, as he kept the scroll INTACT, hoping to catch the BELLIGERENT adversary unawares and DEMORALIZE him. He knew he had to DISPERSE and ERADICATE the evil plaguing his community, so in the moment of need, his courageous spirit had to MANIFEST and he had to perform an EXTREMITY for peace to reign.

He was intentionally INCONSPICUOUS because he wasn't on the journey to NEGOTIATE, already there was an INFLAMMATION in his belly and he sat down, ate some fruits to REPLENISH his energy so he could cause maximum HAVOC.

After a few minutes of rest, he continued his journey and already he was showing his DEXTERITY as he got closer to his target and the sound of the leaves RECEDE.

What evidence supports the conclusion that "The Storyteller" uses satire to impart the theme that adults should
polet [3.4K]

Answer:

B. "Oh, look at those cows!' exclaimed the aunt. Nearly every field along the line had contained cows or bullocks, but she spoke as though she were drawing attention to a rarity."

E. "The story began badly,' said the smaller of the small girls, but it had a beautiful ending.'

"It is the most beautiful story that I ever heard,' said the bigger of the small girl

Explanation:

The evidence that supports the conclusion that "The Storyteller" uses satire to impart the theme that adults should respect children's intelligence are options B and E.

This is because it shows how the aunt relates to the children as if they are not aware of the cows grazing on the field, even though they were everywhere for everyone to see.

Satire is used in the story to show how ineffective the aunt's method of teaching is on the children and her assumptions that the children are slow in understanding.
