Answer:

dont use a rhetorical question

Explanation:

i know a lot of people say to use rhetorical questions, but there's always going to be that one person who answers it because they don't know that it's rhetorical or the person that answers it to be funny. what i've found helps when writing how-to paper is to start it off like "if you've ever wondered how to (whatever your paper's about) then keep reading!"

hope this helps-

have a fun time writing

Nitella [24]

Answer: 6 hours

Explanation:

Ti get the number of hours that Cyclone used at the park goes thus:

Let the number of hours be represented by h.

We can then use the information in the question as:

250 - 40h = 10

40h = 250 - 10

40h = 240

h = 240/40

h = 6

sesenic [268]

Answer:

E. A and C are correct.

Explanation:

The Romantic movement was a literary movement that focuses on the relationship of man and nature, the importance of imagination, and naturalistic and realistic elements of human nature. It also believed in the detrimental nature of science and how it acts against the very nature of imagination.

Mary Shelley's gothic novel "Frankenstein" revolves around science and how its use affects everyone. The creature became a monster that will be the downfall of not only his creator but everyone associated with him. In his need to try to be human, he was pushed to become the monster that everyone loathed. So, Mary Shelley, through her book, believed that science is purely evil and how imagination is necessary.

Thus, the correct answer is option E.

Which best explains why the colon after "including” should be removed?
navik [9.2K]
A colon suggests that there will be a list that will follow it. Using the words 'such as', 'for example', and 'including' in a sentence also directs the attention of the reader to a list. It will be redundant to use a colon after the word 'including' in a sentence.
