I think the difference can be based on ownership. A government corporation is owned by the nation while a private company comes from stockholders.
Another difference between the two is profit. The shares of stocks determine the division of profit in a private corporation. Profits in a government corporation shall become earnings for expenditures.

Racism
was rampant among the African American workers in the railroad industry. Although they
were well-trained and well-educated, they were only given blue-collar jobs such
as porters. During the Great Depression, unionized white workers and the
railroad brotherhoods in southern railroads used violence to intimidate, and
even murdered the blacks just to take their jobs from them. Despite the
continuous suffering and discrimination, Roosevelt’s ‘New Deal program’ was
only of little help to African American people. This urged the blacks to participate
more in social movements and exert more efforts to progress their contribution
in the New Deal coalition facilitated by the Congress of Industrial
Organization (CIO) in 1935.
Question: Who did The Articles of Confederation place most government power and responsibility to?
Answer: The Articles of Confederation placed the most government power and responsibility to the states.
Explanation: The Articles of Confederation gave states more power than the national government. States held most of the power, and congress lacked the power to tax, regulate trade, or control coinage. Later on, The Articles of Confederation didn't work that well because foreign countries did not respect the U.S, British troops refused to leave the area, and Spain refused to give the U.S the right to use the Mississippi river. Seeing that The Articles of Confederation weren't working, Americans realized that they needed a stronger central government.
Pro Industrialists
Individuals in favor of industrialization felt that it helped advance the American economy. The new technologies developed during this time and the increase in production allowed for the creation of more mass goods than any other era in American history. This resulted in Americans having access to goods at a cheaper price than they would have before this period of economic growth.
Anti Industrialists
People against industrialism felt that the increased demand for goods resulted in the creation of unsustainable working conditions. Individuals in factories would work anywhere from 80-100 hours a week in some of the worse conditions possible.
