Warfare between city-states, overpopulation, and drought caused it .
First it makes a public government comprising of an authoritative, a chief, and a legal branch, with an arrangement of balanced governance among the three branches. Second, it splits power between the national government and the states. Also, third, it ensures different individual freedoms of American residents.
In my opinion, the Constitution strike a balance of authority among the three branches of government mainly because there is a separation of powers. The legislative, judiciary, and executive branches are interconnected and they are dependent on each other. However, this does not mean that they can become enclosed in bias since many people are in power who all in all just represent the citizens of America.
There are six levels:
At the First level there was the Pharaoh
The Second level was held by the Vizier
The Third was taken by both Nobles and Priests
The Fourth with Scribes and Soldiers
The Fifth with Craftsmen
The Sixth and final stage with Farmers and Slaves
