the first one is a positive because two negative multiplied by each other make a positive. the second one 6 times 4 is 24:). and the third and fourth one,when there is a positive and and a negative multiplied by each other it will always become a negative. HOPE THIS HELPS have a good one:)
If there are 4 sections then each section is 1/4. You need to find 1/2 of one section so you will need to multiply 1/2 times 1/4 which equals 0.125 or 1/8.
