Poland for example had the most Jews before WW2 with over 3 million and reduced to 45,000 after WW2. After the war, the Soviet Union had the most Jewish Populace holding 2 million Jews.

Recall election
A recall election occurs on the state or local level when a group of citizens is upset with the job the official is doing. Citizens need a signed petition for a recall vote and when the recall is approved, a challenger and the elected official will go through an election process.
