It’s B because when you put the 2/6 and reduce it it’s 1/3

Answer:

I believe it's 1/3

I haven't done these in a while, but basically since there is 6 places and it's asking the probability of it landing on 2 out of the 6, so the answer would be 2/6. Since the answer isn't there, just simpify. 2/6 simplified is 1/3. I'm so sorry if wrong, I haven't done this in a while!

1)A farmer is building a pentagon(that is 5-sided) pen to hold his animals. each side has an equal length.
MaRussiya [10]
Perimeter is the continuous line that forms the boundary of a closed geometric figure.

Perimeter of a pentagon = 5a ; where a is the length of its side.

a = 3√5  ⇒ P = 5 * 3√5 = 15√5

Perimeter of an octagon = 8a ; where a is the length of its side.

a = 3√5 ⇒ P = 8 * 3√5 = 24√5

8j + 3-j=17<br> solve for J
givi [52]
First you have to combine like terms which you would combine 8j and j which would be 7j+3=17 then subtract 3 from 17 giving you 14. And after that your left with 7j=14 then divide 7 on both sides giving you 2 as your answer.

The directions are with the pic below. I have to send a 2nd pic. Couldn’t fit everything on the page
Nonamiya [84]

If the pentagon is rotated 360° about the origin, that means the new figure will be exactly in the same position as the original image, because a rotation of 360° about the origin doesn't change the figure position or orientation.

So, if the vertex was located at (10, -8), the new figure will also have a vertex located at (10, -8).

Therefore the correct option is the fourth one.
