People need rules because if humans were not controlled by rules and laws, we would have had chaos a long time ago. Laws need to be in place to warn humans not to do things that are destroying the world. When there are no laws, your brain thinks that you can do anything. That is why laws must exist.
i think we need rules in place because not only does it ensure more safety for everyone, but makes this world a regulated place. Crimes would be committed, and there would be no punishment or rehabilitation.
