Explain the distinction between "weak ties" (bridging) and "strong ties" (bonding). When are weak ties more helpful?
Alla [95]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The distinction between "weak ties" (bridging) and "strong ties" (bonding) in social networking or social marketing terms is that strong ties refer to the number of people you know very well and have a decent or good relationship with. One way or the other, you consider them "close" in social media terms. You interact with these people on a daily basis.

On the other hand, weak ties are the opposite. People with whom you have a light relationship. You contact them once every six months, once a year, or on special occasions.

It is believed that weak ties are more helpful because these people can bring other people and bind them to form solid groups in order to form other networks that can represent other kinds of benefits in the short and the long run.

What information should a writer include in the applicability section of a policy document?
3241004551 [841]

Answer:

The information a writer should include in the applicability section of a policy document is:

Header, regarding information about the policy, title, effective date, revision date if applicable, approver's signature, and purpose statement.

Explanation:

The reasons behind the answer are that in the first place the document has to provide information that would make the reading identify the policy, the topics it covers, who supported it, who approved it, the purpose statement as justification, and the revisions that were made to it as well as the date of effectiveness. Because all this data would allow the reader to contextualize with the topic and understand the whole scenario at a single glance.

Most language researchers think the interactionist perspective offers the best
snow_lady [41]

Answer:

Language is a result of nature and nurture.

Explanation:

Interactionist perspective: In sociology, the term "interactionist perspective" is described as one of the different theoretical perspectives that aims at the specific day-to-day interaction between different persons as a basis for societal development. However, the interactionist perspective aims at human beings as "social factors" instead of just aiming at societal roles.

It describes that the language of an individual is a result of nature and nurture because the genetic composition of every different person is different and the culture to which they belong.
