What do I do if I can’t over power my fears? There so much I wanna say, so much I wanna do but I hold myself back ALOT! I think

a lot abt wat happens 2day or abt wat previously happened 2 me and wish I did things differently. I don’t want to do that anymore. I really wanna face my fears and worry abt where exactly the prices fall later.
