Not fighting is the right thing to do. If you seriously injure someone on purpose you could be in deep trouble. Even if you decide not to in your mind you'll know you did the right thing. If people say you were, "scared" give them your reasonings. Such as, " I don't want to be in trouble, or injure them" etc.
