The impacts of alcohol on our lives are numerous.

Impact on Neural Processing:

  • When we take alcohol in small amount, then it has impacts on our sympathetic nervous system (such part of nervous system that take is responsible for increasing blood pressure as well as heart rate.
  • Your speech becomes non-understandable like mumbling, change in the speed of talking.
  • Badly impact our quality of judgment.

Impact on Self-Awareness and Control:

  • Weakens our grip over self control
  • You get rid of your fears like social ones like getting freedom from inhibitions.
