So its is pretty straight forward (answer at the bottom)

First of all 2 sides of a parrleogram are the dame and the other 2 are different from the first but the opposites are the same

So lets start with The distance from home to bank

x+9 is the distance since its the opposite

Now the other side is 2x+1

The third side is x+9

the fourth side is x+5, it is different from 2x+1 but its just written differently.

Now add them all up

2x+1+x+9+x+5+x+9=

5x+24

So the amount fo meters are 5x+24
